NASI MAQLOUBA

Nasi Maqlouba (Maqlouba Rice) is an adaptation of favourite cuisines originally from Lebanon and Jordan. It is called Maqlouba as it is served after turning the rice upside down.
The main secret of the dish is the recipe that produces the indulgent taste. As the dish originally prepared by the Arabs ethnics, most of the original ingredients and recipe suit the culture and the liking of the Lebanese and Jordanians. At Pearl Food Stall, we try to fusion the taste of the malaysians to the arabs recipe by combining and adding some elements to the original dish to suit more to the malaysian taste.
The three combined elements of the dish gives a balanced taste and diet. The grilled chicked helps to enhance the taste of the rice and the salad helps to reduce the creamy taste of the rice.
